Welcome to Prettygate Infant and Junior Schools 

Dear parents and friends,

On behalf of the children, staff and governors, I would like to warmly welcome you to our school website.

Prettygate Infant and Junior Schools have served the local and wider community since its opening in the early 1960s.  Although we are officially two separate schools, we are very much one school community. 

All members of staff, including the leadership team and governing body, work collaboratively across both schools with the primary intention of securing the best possible opportunities and outcomes for the children in our care. 

We have a strong reputation for providing an excellent standard of education for our children, supporting and nurturing the development of the whole child.  We are, for many, the schools of choice.

We pride ourselves on enabling all our children to reach their full potential, giving them a secure understanding of our tailored, broad and rich curriculum empowering our children to be successful, confident, lifelong learners built upon the foundations of our core values of ambition, respect and kindness.
